Filter<\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/header>

The filter protects the internal parts of the pump should the fluids contain solid particles. M Pompe filters are made with a removable basket, a 0.5mm to 5mm grade of filtration, a rounded bottom for easy cleaning and unloading of the tank, and a handle for easy carrying and handling. Hermetically sealed thanks to the O-Ring, whose materials can range from NBR, VITON, PTFE, EPDM, encapsulated FEP, KALREZ, according to the type of fluid which needs to be pumped and the pumping temperature. Our filters are made entirely in AISI 304 or AISI 316 to satisfy any application, from resins to paints containing corrosive liquids, to food industry. The filter can also be provided with a clogging indicator, which is designed to monitor the condition of the basket.

Cart<\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/header>

The Cart, made entirely in AISI 304, has been specifically designed to facilitate the motion of electric pumps in the working area.
\nThe ergonomic stainless-steel construction guarantees the maximum strength and versatility.
\nIt can be equipped with rubber wheels to provide maximum friction, or Teflon wheels, as is best suited to the work place.
\nVarious models are available according to the size of the pump.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The cart with on-board frequency inverter is the best solution for controlling pump performance.
\nThe inverter control panel allows the motor frequency and, consequently, the rotational speed of the pump to be adjusted, thus regulating the flow rate according to needs.
\nThe inverter enables the operator to adjust the functions of the electric pump:<\/p>\n

      By-Pass<\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/header>
      <\/div>

      The function of the by-pass valve is to prevent damage to the pumping devices and the system, which can be caused by excessive pressure generated when the delivery valve is closed or the pipes clogged.
      \nM Pompe\u2019s by pass valve is bidirectional and adjustable according to the plant requirements.
      \nBy adjusting the screws placed at the edges, it’s possible to balance the forces acting on the shutter, thus
      \nmodifying the pressure.
      \nWe also supply by-pass valves in cast iron, AISI 304, AISI 316, for applications in which state-of-the-art heat treatments are required, thus improving the tribology of the material.<\/p>\n<\/div>

      Heating Jacket<\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/header>
      <\/div>

      The heating jacket is a necessary component for fluids that are solid at room temperature and therefore need to be kept at high temperature to be transferred.
      \nM Pompe supplies this component which, by means of a connection to the steam or hot water line of the system and special grooves cut on the pump, allows the transfer of fluids such as fats, lard, and tallow.<\/p>\n<\/div>

      Dampener<\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/header>
      <\/div>

      The expansion vessel is used to absorb and store the energy of a pressurised liquid, thus preventing vibrations on pipes which would be damaging to the system.
      \nThe pressurised air inside the dampener forms a cushion which, being in direct contact with the process fluid, allows it to compensate variations in volume and absorb the energy of the fluid which would otherwise become vibrations along the system line.
      \nM Pompe supplies this component in various materials: carbon steel or S235 JR, AISI 304, AISI 316, depending on where it will be installed.Technical Features:
