Filter<\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/header>

The filter protects the internal parts of the pump, should the fluids contain solid particles. M Pompe filters are made of a removable basket with a filtration degree of 0.5mm up to to 5mm, a rounded bottom for easy cleaning and unloading of the tank, and a handle for easy carrying and handling. Hermetically sealed thanks to the O-Ring, whose materials can range from NBR, VITON, PTFE, EPDM, encapsulated FEP, KALREZ, according to the type of fluid to be pumped and the temperature. Our filters are made entirely in AISI 304 or AISI 316 to satisfy any application, from resins and coatings containing corrosive liquids, to food industry. The filter can also be provided with a clogging indicator, which is designed to monitor the condition of the basket.<\/p>\n

The cart, made entirely in AISI 304, has been specifically designed to facilitate the motion of \u00a0electric pumps in the working area.
\nThe ergonomic stainless-steel construction guarantees maximum strength and versatility.<\/p>\n

It can be equipped with rubber wheels to provide maximum friction, or Teflon wheels to best suit the workplace.<\/p>\n

Various models are available according to the size of the pump.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The cart fitted with on-board frequency inverter panel is the best solution for controlling the pumps performance.<\/p>\n

The inverter control panel allows the motor frequency and, consequently, the rotational speed of the pump to be adjusted, thus regulating the flow rate according to needs.<\/p>\n

The inverter allows the operator to adjust the functions of the electric pump:<\/p>\n

    M Pompe’s pumps and filters can be equipped with a wide range of flanges, in accordance with EN 1092-1 requirements, in carbon steel or stainless steel, depending on the needs of the client:<\/p>\n

      By-Pass<\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/header>
      <\/div>

      The function of the by-pass valve is to prevent damages to the pumping devices and to the system, which can be caused by excessive pressure generated when the delivery valve is closed or the pipes are clogged.<\/p>\n

      M Pompe\u2019s by pass valve is bidirectional and adjustable according to the plant requirements.<\/p>\n

      By adjusting the screws placed at the edges, it is possible to balance the forces acting on the shutter, thus modifying the pressure.<\/p>\n

      We also supply by-pass valves in cast iron, AISI 304, AISI 316, for applications in which state-of-the-art heat treatments are required, thus improving the tribology of the material.<\/p>\n<\/div>

      Heating cover casing<\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/header>
      <\/div>

      The heating cover casing is a key component if the fluid to be transferred has a high melting point, while solid at room temperatures.<\/p>\n

      M Pompe supplies this component which, by means of a connection to the steam or hot water line of the system and special \u00a0grooves cut on the pump, allows the transfer of fluids such as fats, lard, and tallow.<\/p>\n

      The heating cover casing can be supplied in either carbon steel or in AISI 304 and AISI 316.<\/p>\n

      The in\/out connections for the heating fluid are designed according to the needs of the customer, either threaded GAS connections or with flanges in accordance with EN 1092-1.<\/p>\n<\/div>

      Dampener<\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/header>
      <\/div>

      The expansion vessel is used to absorb and store the energy of a liquid under pressure, thus preventing vibrations which could damage the system.
      \nThe pressurised air inside the dampener forms a cushion which, being in direct contact with the process fluid, enables it to compensate variations in volume and to absorb the energy of the fluid which would otherwise turn into vibrations along the system line.<\/p>\n

      M Pompe supplies this component in various materials: carbon steel or S235 JR, AISI 304, AISI 316, depending on where it will be installed.<\/p>\n
